Toronto’s leading Korean supermarket, Galleria Supermarket (CEO Moon-Jae Kim), has announced the introduction of a 'Meet the Leader of Branch program' across all its locations to commemorate its 21st anniversary and strengthen customer service.
This initiative highlights each branch manager's commitment to store operations, quality control, and overall customer service by associating their name directly with their store. The aim is to foster stronger communication with customers and create a foundation for Galleria's continued growth.
As part of the system, each branch will prominently display the branch manager’s name within the store and schedule regular sessions where managers can directly engage with customers. This allows customers to easily identify the branch manager and receive precise feedback on store services or any inconveniences they may encounter.
Sung-Chan Park, General Manager of Galleria Supermarket, stated, "This initiative will provide customers with more reliable services and foster a culture where branch managers take responsibility and actively engage with customers."
Moon-Jae Kim, who transitioned to Galleria’s professional management system in 2022 as its CEO, also welcomed the implementation, saying, "Galleria will continue to strengthen communication with our customers and work tirelessly to meet their needs. This system marks a step forward in improving customer satisfaction.”
Branch Managers for Each Location:
Thornhill: Branch Manager Seong-Je Bae
York Mills: Branch Manager Seong-Jae Yoon
Oakville: Branch Manager Kook-Hyun Jeon
Sheppard: Branch Manager Jae-Ho Park
Wellesley: Branch Manager Jin-Won Jang
Bloor: Branch Manager Seong-Won Kim
Eglinton: Branch Manager Ki-Sung Kim
The Meet the Leader of Branch program reflects Galleria’s commitment to delivering customer-focused improvements and fostering a stronger bond with its patrons.
