Ingredients
4 cups of kelp stock (or 4 cups of water + 1 stock cube for broth)
200g of fish cakes (choose the type of fish cakes according to your preference)
2-3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,1 green onion
(Optional) Radish, carrot, and chili pepper
How to make it
1. Add kelp to water and bring it to a boil to
make the stock, or for a quicker option,
dissolve a broth cube in boiling water.
2. Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing different types of fish cakes will
enhance the flavor and give a richer

3. Pour the prepared stock into a pot, add
