  1. First Roast : Arrange the pork slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overlap). Roast at 185°C (365°F) for 10 minutes.

  2. Flip & Brown :Ā Flip the slices over and cook for an additional 5–10 minutes until they turn a reach golden-brown colour.


  3. Final Touch : Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, then air-fry at 180°C (350°F) for 2 more minutes to crisp the edges and lock in the flavour.
