  1. Initial Roast : Place the pork belly with the scored skin facing up. Roast at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

  2. Even Searing :Ā Rotate the pork belly onto its sides and cook each remaining side for 5–10 minutes.


  3. Crisp Finish : For the final 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F) to crisp the skin.
