Beef Bulgogi

Traditional Korean Bulgogi Made with Sweet and Savory Marinade.


Ingredients


Beef (thinly sliced for bulgogi) 500g

CJ BIBIGO Beef Bulgogi Sauce 120g

Onion 1 (thinly sliced)

Green onion 1 stalk (chopped)

Carrot 1/2 (julienned)

Mushrooms100g

Sesame oil 1T

Sesame seeds a little (optional)



How to make it


  1. Add the marinade to the prepared beef, along with the onion, green onion, carrot, mushrooms, and other ingredients. Mix everything well by hand and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.


  2. Cooking: Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the marinated beef and vegetables. Stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked. Once the bulgogi is nearly done, add one tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well to finish.


  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Once the bulgogi is fully cooked, remove it from the heat. It tastes even better when served with rice or wrapped in lettuce!
