Ingredients


Pork Shoulder Blade for Stew or

Pork Belly for Stew

Galleria Kimchi DIY Mini Kit

1 onion

1 tablespoon whole black pepper

1 tablespoon coffee grounds

10 whole garlic cloves

3 tablespoons soybean paste

How to make it


  1. Pour enough water into a pot to cover the meat.


  2. Add all the ingredients except for the meat, stir well, and bring to a boil over high heat.


  3. Once the water starts to boil, add the meat.


  4. Reduce to low heat, cover the lid, and simmer for 40 minutes.


  5. After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.


  6. Take out the meat, let it cool, and slice it into bite-sized pieces.


  7. Put the pork and kimchi seasoning on the salted napa cabbage and enjoy together.


  8. For extra flavour, you can serve with shrimp paste or kimchi, depending on your preference.
