GALBIJJIM

Enjoy a tender and juicy Galbi Jjim, bursting with flavour!



Ingredients


2 pounds of beef short ribs

Shiitake mushrooms

Carrot

Radish

1 can of crushed pear juice

5T soy sauce

2 T oyster sauce

2 T sesame oil

1 T minced garlic

2 T corn syrup 


How to make it


  1. Wash the ribs to remove any impurities and pat them dry.


  2. Add some oil to the pan and sear the beef until the outside is browned.


  3. Make the sauce (1 can of crushed pear juice, 5T soy sauce, 2 T oyster sauce, 2 T sesame oil,1 T minced garlic,  2 T corn syrup)


  4. Add everything in the pan, cover, and simmer on low for 40 minutes.
