Crispy and Delicious Seafood Pancakes, Easy to Make at Home!
Here’s an easy recipe for making Seafood Pancakes!
With just frozen mixed seafood, you can quickly make a delicious seafood pancake packed with the rich flavors of the ocean.
Using simple ingredients and a quick cooking method, you can enjoy crispy and tasty seafood pancakes anytime!

Ingredients
Frozen mixed seafood 400g, Pancake flour 1/2 cup, Tempura flour 1/2 cup, Water 1 cup
Egg 1, Green onion (scallion) 1 stalk, Onion 1/2, (optional) Green chili pepper 1, Salt a pinch
Black pepper a pinch, oil as needed
How to make it
1. Soak the frozen seafood mix in water
briefly to defrost, then drain the excess
water.
2. Slice the green onion thinly, julienne
the onion, and slice the Cheongyang
pepper if you want a spicy kick.
3. In a bowl, mix the pancake flour,
tempura flour, and water to create the
batter.

4. Beat an egg and add it to the batter, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the defrosted seafood and the sliced vegetables (green onion, onion, and
cheongyang pepper) to the batter and mix everything evenly.
6. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil.
7. Scoop the batter with a ladle and drop it onto the pan, gently pressing it down to form
a pancake shape.
8. Pan-fry the pancake each side until golden brown and crispy.
9. Once the seafood pancake is ready, plate it and serve with soy sauce or a sweet and
spicy dipping sauce for extra flavor.
