How to make it

1. Pour enough milk to fully submerge the

chicken wings and let them soak for 20

minutes. This will help remove any

unwanted odor.

2. After 20 minutes, rinse the wings several

times with water and strain them.

3. In a bowl, mix the salt, cooking wine

(mirin), and pepper. Coat the chicken

wings with the seasoning and let them

minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, cooking wine

(mirin), and pepper to make the sauce.

5. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken wings until they are golden

brown on both sides.

6. Once the wings are cooked through, pour the prepared soy sauce mixture into the pan.

Let the sauce cook for a few more minutes, ensuring it coats the wings evenly.

7. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens and reduces slightly for a richer flavor.
