Super Easy Lotus Root Salad


Lotus root is a vegetable that is usually eaten as a side dish, such as stewed or fried, but it can also be used as an ingredient in salads when blanched and cooked. It is especially good at working with blood, so it has the ability to hemorrhage and remove blood clots (bruis­es, etc. due to poor blood circulation). It is also good for restoring weak energy. This lotus root salad with bell peppers and lettuce is not only healthy but also has a nice crunchy texture.

Lotus Root½ pk, Fresh Garden Salad 1pk, Wild Rice Flour 3T, Soy Sauce 1T, Sesame oil 1T, Vinegar1T, Oligo Syrup 1T, Minced garlic ½ t, Water1T


🥘How to make it

1. Making the dressing

Wild Rice Flour 3T, Soy Sauce 1T, Sesame oil 1T,  Vinegar1T, Oligo Syrup 1T, Minced garlic ½ t, Water1T

2. Prepare the Lotus Root

Rinse the lotus root under cold water and drain off any excess water.


3. Prepare the Salad

Rinse the garden salad under cold water and drain off any excess water.


4. Final Touch

Add the lotus root and garden salad to the perilla sauce and toss.
